diodes, resistors, inductors, and capacitors. These reliability
and qualification tests are performed to various industry standards
such as Telcordia (BellCore), JEDEC, MIL-STD, and the Automotive
Electronics Council (AEC-Q100). In addition to testing,
Silicon Cert, an ISO 9001:2000 registered firm, also provides
analytical service capabilities for a greatly varying customer
base. SCL’s engineering team is highly experienced in
analyzing and identifying failure modes in a variety of products.
By offering techniques such as SEM, EDS, SAM, decapsulation,
cross-sectioning, and auger we are able to provide our clients
with IN-DEPTH-PROBLEM SOLVING at an AFFORDABLE PRICE.
Located in Reading, PA, Silicon Cert’s modern test
laboratory encompasses approximately 20,000 ft2 of space,
most of which is dedicated testing area. Although our clients
are invited to visit and observe our test procedures, most
utilize overnight shipping for quick turnaround and response
time.
